How and where to apply for the Declaration of Value?

In order to apply for the Declaration of Value, it is necessary to contact the closest Italian Diplomatic Representation (Embassy or Consulate) to the organization that issued the qualification. The Declaration must be attached with an official translation (legalised translation when necessary) to Italian of the qualification obtained.
